Account Removal

To request the deletion of your Themezz account and all associated data, please use the "Delete Account" option in the app's Settings screen.

Alternatively, you can send an email to the address below from the email associated with your account.

Once we receive your request, we will delete your account and all personal data (including your email, push notification tokens, custom topics, and preferences) from our systems. You will receive a confirmation email when the process is complete.

If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through your device's subscription settings before requesting account removal. Apple and Google manage subscription billing independently — deleting your Themezz account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
